About Envision Africa Initiative
We are a Pan-African nonprofit empowering youth with digital skills to thrive in the global digital economy. We offer programs in programming, digital literacy, and remote work readiness for underserved communities across Africa. .

Empowering 5,000+ youth with digital skills, facilitating 1,000+ job placements, championing women in tech, and launching 5 regional tech hubs to drive inclusive growth and opportunity.

Empowering over 50,000 young people from diverse backgrounds through advanced digital skills and entrepreneurship programs. With 2,000+ youth already trained, we are scaling our impact to reach thousands more

Facilitating 10,000+ job placements in high-growth sectors, including local startups, international tech companies, and the global freelance economy. To date we have young professionals that have secured meaningful employment through our initiatives.

Championing women in technology, ensuring that at least 50% of participants are young women breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields. Currently, half of those we train and support are young women.

Laying the groundwork for a network of 10 regional tech hubs, designed to provide co-working spaces, high-speed internet, mentorship, and startup incubation. In addition, we are planning 20 satellite hubs in remote rural areas to extend access to digital opportunities, fostering innovation

Our mission is to empower African youth with the digital skills required to succeed in the 4th Industrial Revolution by delivering regionally targeted, tech-enabled, and ever-evolving educational initiatives. We foster inclusive growth by collaborating with partners to bridge geographical limitations, overcome socio-economic barriers, and accelerate youth employability across Africa.
In 2024, Adore Ruzvidzo partnered with Mitchelle Tatsvareyi to launch the Envision Africa Initiative (EAI). Their mission was clear: empower youth across Africa with the digital skills needed to bridge the digital divide—and more importantly, create meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.
Our mission is to ensure that every young person—especially women and marginalized groups—has the opportunity to thrive in the digital economy. We believe this is how we achieve true social change across Africa
It started with a desire to teach programming in Shona. Now, we are working to create inclusive digital opportunities that empower Africa’s youth to shape their future. Our goal is to make Africa the next Silicon Valley—an innovation hub where young people can live, work, and thrive without leaving their communities.
